Yes, you can! If you submit a support ticket within the first thirty days of your initial payment, you may receive a refund of your payment. You will be refunded the entire amount you paid us (regardless if you paid monthly or yearly), however, if you chose to register a free domain on registration, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund. If you wish to continue using your domain, you may contact us for any nameserver changes you require and we will change them for you.
NOTE: You may only receive a refund if you have a reason to be unsatisfied with our service. Please submit this reason in your support ticket. |
